Our Soul Vision is to help our clients transform: as an individual, as a team, or as an organization.  As Vision Coaches we commit to providing each of our clients with support, guidance, and safety as they choose to take the next steps of their journey. As Vision Trainers and Facilitators, we passionately believe in the development of individuals as part of an organization's overall mission and evolution.

Together we are members of the Northumberland Central Chamber of Commerce where Jeff sits on the Executive Board and also Chairs the Environmental Committee.  Recently we co-founded the Northumberland Heights Community Gardens in partnership with the Northumberland Heights Retreat & Conference Centre.  Jeff also championed our region's first annual ECOexpo.  We are also very proud to be work@home parents of our two year old daughter.
