Hello!  Welcome to our web site.  We are Jeff Weber and Colleen O'Malley Weber - partners in life, personal growth, parenting and in business. 

Since 1997 we have been guiding, coaching, and supporting our clients as they chose to live and work in alignment with their visions, their passions.

What do we mean by Natural Path?

Each individual and organization has a purpose, a natural path.  No matter what life presents, deep down we 'know' that path, but life gets in the way and we feel lost, unfulfilled, lacking purpose and motivation.  We start wishing we had a different life, a different job, a different career, a different partner...the list goes on.  Sometimes reinvention is required; most times, it's just a matter of making some small changes in how we choose to live our lives, operate our businesses, interact with our families, see the world, share our message with the world...  Through Vision Coaching, Business Development and/or Training we help you get back on your natural path by co-creating alignment between your purpose and your actions - between what you are meant to do and what you actually do.

"Inspire or be inspired" captures the essence of Jeff.  Either he is growing and transforming himself through personal and professional development activities, or he is organizing and sharing his knowledge and wisdom with others. Jeff has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada and an post-baccalaureate degree in Teacher/Trainer of Adults Program from Conestoga College in Kitchener, Ontario. He has received certification training from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), California where he was nominated for and offered a scholarship for Coach Leadership Training.  He is also qualified to administer the Myers Briggs Personal Type Indicator (MBTI).  He has received Level One Reiki Certification and is currently studying Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Tapping, in addition to helping others learn how to grow vegetable gardens organically. Jeff has served as a coach, trainer, facilitator for various organizations and corporations. His hobbies includes golf, country line dancing, building cool stuff like cold frame raised garden boxes, rain barrels, personal growth workshops and spiritual ecology (yeah, kinda diverse but all bring intense heart smiles!).  If you need any garden advice, from organic methods to lunar planting, Jeff will share what he knows or figure it out and let you know!		For the past 20 years Colleen has been able to follow her heart’s calling by inspiring and motivating individuals and organizations through her custom training programs and intuitive coaching and business development sessions. She has worked with individuals and teams from organizations such as Nike, Sylvan Learning Systems, NASA, and government agencies in the USA, Canada and Algeria -- to start-up companies and transformational small businesses such as Cardio Coach, and i-tri. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Instructional Design.  She is also a certified Prepare/Enrich Counselor (specializing in heart/hope-focused relationship building) and Reiki Level One.  Her latest studies include human design, metaphysics, String Theory, EFT, Native and Earth medicines, Montessori education, and spiritual ecology. Colleen loves cooking and baking, usually without a recipe.  She also enjoys wildcrafting, foraging, and figuring out what valuable properties the weeds in their yard have.  One of her other passions is building community and supporting local economy.

Together, we help individuals and businesses grow through authentic business development, training and life coaching.  We have committed to each other to follow our hearts in everything we do from raising our four year old daughter to the clients and projects we choose to work with.  We are currently living in South Carolina enjoying urban homesteading and trying to figure out how to adjust from Canadian weather to 100 degrees in the shade!
